Renovation of a retail development in Toronto, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a retail development.
This Request for Quotation (the "RFQ") is an invitation by the LCBO to prospective prequalified roofing contractors to submit a bid to replace the roof at LCBO store 163 located in Toronto, Ontario. This includes the removal of the existing Modified Bitumen system and replacing it with a new Modified Bitumen roof system. The scope of work also includes parapet improvements, roof flashing replacement, tapered insulation, new drainage connections and new interior roof ladder, as outlined within the LCBO specifications. Only bidders prequalified pursuant to RFPA 2019-001 and who are currently on the active prequalification list will be permitted to submit a bid. The RFQ is available for download through LCBO's designated tender site, Biddingo.com. Questions Deadline: June 6, 2024, at 4:00 pm Award subject to final approval.
