The City of Boston Office of Returning Citizens is seeking to purchase equipment to install 4 camera sites to monitor internal office space, 4 latching one-way transmitters duress buttons that staff can take with them when meeting with clients, and a front door intercom system for staff to interact with and allow entry of clients when they come to the second floor at 30 Dimock Street. Please submit the cost for the 4 camera fixed sites (Dome 2.8-12mm Varifocal Lens Camera, Human Detection, 4X Optical Zoom, or similar), duress buttons, and intercom system (intercom with camera system 7 in. Ring Video Doorbell with IR Night Vision Support Remote Unlock, Dual-Way Intercom with 1-Camera and 2-Monitor or similar) Per Bid Event # 14298 Line Items Security Camera The attention of all bidders is directed to the provisions of the Invitation For Bids and contract documents, specifically to the requirements for bid deposits, insurance and performance bonds as may be applicable. The supplies/services described above for the 1 year term of this contract is an actual amount of the supplies/services to be procured. Owner Rights:The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids, or any part or parts thereof, and to award a contract as the Official deems to be in the best interests of the City. This contract shall be subject to the availability of an appropriation therefore. If sufficient funds are not appropriated for the contract in any fiscal year, the Official shall cancel the contract. The maximum time for bid acceptance by the City after the opening of bids shall be ninety (90) days. The award of this contract shall be subject to the approval of the Mayor of Boston.
