Site work and new construction of a playground / park / athletic field in Brownsburg, Indiana. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; and for the construction of a 480-square-foot, one-story above grade playground / park / athletic field.

The Town of Brownsburg is requesting Quotes for Turn-Key Mechanical Building Design and Construction at 940 S Locust Lane, Brownsburg, IN 46112. The building contractor scope will include but may not be limited to the following: Building/Structure Design, Procurement and Construction (see attached plan view for site location) Building to be 20'x24'x10'. Building colors to match existing restroom facilities. Stone base for slab Reinforced foundations and/or footers with concrete slab Building shall be insulated with interior metal panels. Building to include double doors on north end Building to include windows on east and south ends Building to include ventilation system/equipment and associated electrical work (Add Alternate Price #1) Assume existing electrical panel can be utilized for ventilation system. Building to include overhead lighting and associated electrical work Assume existing electrical panel can be utilized for lighting. Building contractor to provide a rendering of proposed building/color selections with quote. The successful Contractor will be required to provide physical color samples for Owner review and approval. Building contractor to provide a certified building and foundation design/submittal for Owner review prior to building procurement. Building contractor to obtain a Town of Brownsburg building permit (Kramer to assist as needed). Any associated fees will be waived by the Town of Brownsburg. Any additional necessary permit fees will be paid for by the Town of Brownsburg. Building contractor will be required to coordinate installation schedule with splash pad contractor's schedule (TBD). The successful Contractor shall be required to provide a certificate of liability insurance Contractors shall be required to hold quote pricing for 60 days. In the quote form contained herein, Contractor shall provide the number of calendar days needed for design, procurement and installation of building from date of Notice to Proceed. The Town reserves the right to reject any and all quotes.
