SCOPE HWUs Water Treatment Plants use PAC for Total Organic Carbon (TOC) reduction as well as to assist with reduction of PFAS chemicals. The North Water Treatment Plant receives raw water from the Ohio River, the SWTP receives raw water from the Green River. Shipments will be scheduled in advance and will need to be of at least 21,000 lbs. in weight every three weeks at the North Plant, as needed at the South Plant. Questions should be directed to the Purchasing Manager, Susan Bryant, at 270-869-6609. Last day for bid clarifications: 30 May 2024 4:00 p.m. Terms and conditions, unless stated otherwise herein, are to be effective for 12 Months from the date of bid acceptance by the Henderson Water and Sewer Commission. Tentative award date: 17 June 2024 The Water and Sewer Commission reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids in whole or in part and to waive informalities and/or technicalities in the bids.
