Renovation of an educational facility in Lawton, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Said bids will be publicly opened and read aloud following the time stated above. Bids received more than ninety-six (96) hours, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays, before the time set for opening bids, as well as bids received after the time set for opening bids, will not be considered and will be returned unopened. Bids under $50,000.00 may be emailed to hilary.peters@willowbrook.build by noon on the date of the bid. Funding for this project is provided in part through American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) grant program. The Bidder is responsible to comply with all ARPA funding requirements, and the Davis-Bacon prevailing wage requirements. For bids in excess of $50,000.00, a Cashier's Check, certified check, or surety bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid shall accompany the sealed proposal of each bidder. No Bids may be withdrawn after the scheduled closing time for receipt of Bids for a period of at least thirty (30) days. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informalities or irregularities in the bidding.
