Site work for a water / sewer project in Wheat Ridge, Colorado. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The 2024 SEWER MAIN CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROJECT consists of 6,037 linear feet of 8-inch and 769 linear feet of 15-inch cured-in-place-pipe (CIPP) in several locations with 140 service connections along the locations of the CIPP. This project also includes one excavated point repair and the installation of one new 4' diameter manhole. This project is to be completed by December 20, 2024. Proposals and Bid Security must be enclosed in a sealed envelope and addressed to the Westridge Sanitation District and marked "2024 Sewer Main Capital Improvements Project" or if submitting via email, with the subject line "2024 Sewer Main Capital Improvements Project - Bid Enclosed". The entire contract and specifications book shall be submitted with the proposal. The District may award one, both, or neither Bid Schedule A and Bid Schedule B at its sole discretion depending upon project needs and available funding. Question Deadline 06/11/2024 at 4:00 PM MT
