Base Bid: Installation of a new duplex submersible lift station, above ground valve structure, backup generator with propane tank, and all related appurtenances. Work also includes installation of 4,073 LF of 8-inch PVC sanitary sewer main (depths ranging from 8 to 20 feet), 1,115 LF of 4-inch service pipe, 14 manholes, and 1,447 LF of 4-inch PVC force main, a new structure at the ponds, and concrete inlet headwall. Surfacing includes 1,980.0 Tons of aggregate base course, 560.0 Tons of asphalt surfacing, and 1,960.0 Tons of gravel surfacing. Traffic control, seeding, fertilizing, and fiber mulching are also included. o Alternate Bid A: Installation of 10 sanitary sewer services from the sewer main to the house. Work includes 574 LF of 4-inch sewer service pipe, 10 connect to existing sewer services, and 6 connections to the existing sewer main. Surfacing includes 31.7 Tons of aggregate base course, 9.0 Tons of asphalt surfacing, 37.2 Tons of gravel surfacing, and 204 SF of concrete sidewalk. Seeding, fertilizing, and mulching items are also included. o Alternate Bid B: Installation of 3,378 LF of CIPP, reinstating 41 service connections, grinding intruding taps, and 32 CIPP lateral seals. Work also includes installation of 1,444 LF of 8-inch PVC sanitary sewer main, 519 LF of 4-inch service pipe, and 13 sanitary sewer manholes. Surfacing includes 1,200.0 Tons of aggregate base course, 340.0 Tons of asphalt surfacing, and 620.0 Tons of gravel surfacing. Wastewater pond improvements include drainage fabric and rip rap along the pond dike.
