The Township of Scugog is seeking bids from qualified contractors for the construction of a berm in Lake Scugog. The Lake Scugog Enhancement Project is an environmental and recreational improvement project for Port Perry Bay. The main components include: an engineered berm with a trail and pedestrian bridge; a prescribed area for suction dredging; dewatering and offsite disposal of some dredged material; and a constructed wetland using the dredged material with various habitat features. This contract pertains to the construction of the berm only.
