Saving Project...

Demolition and renovation of a municipal facility in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility; and for the demolition of a municipal facility.

The project will relocate Hennepin County's Department of Community Corrections and Rehabilitation (DOCCR) employees from C-23 in the Government Center (Courts "C" Tower) to their new location on A-3 in the Government Center (Administration "A" Tower). The project will remodel the A-3 floor and will include demolition, interior space configuration, finishes, and furniture replacement. All the relocation and replacement finishes will match the Hennepin County Government Center (HCGC) Standards. All demountable walls and furniture will be purchased directly by Owner. Contractor will be required to coordinate installation of demountable walls and furniture with its electrical subcontractor. The Contractor shall comply with all additional requirements established by the County related to the enforcement of the vaccination/testing rule. Contractor must abide by County's requirements for visiting County buildings, including wearing required face coverings when applicable.
