Site work for a development in Quapaw, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for site work for a development.

This work shall consist of mobilization of the Contractor's forces and equipment necessary for performing the work required under the contract. It shall include the purchase of contract bonds, transportation of personnel and equipment, payment of all road permits and fees, establishment of office buildings and other necessary facilities, and other preparatory work at the project site. It also includes removal of personnel, equipment, buildings, supplies, etc., from the project site. Seventy percent (70%) of the Mobilization bid price may be paid on the first partial payment and the balance paid on the final payment.
