The Roanoke Valley Resource Authority is requesting written quotes for the Bush Hogging and Tree Removal at the old landfill on Rutrough Road (3442 Rutrough Road, Roanoke, VA 24014), also known as Roanoke Regional Landfill. Bids will only be received from bidders that participate in the required site visit as noted in the Bidder Instructions found at the above link. Questions concerning the bid package can be made to Jeff Harbin, Director of Operations, Field Services, Roanoke Valley Resource Authority at (540) 857-5050. The Authority reserves the right to waive any informality in the Bids and to reject any or all Bids, should it be deemed in the best interest of the Authority Unless terminated earlier as provided herein, the term of this Contract shall be for one year and shall commence on July 1, 2024, and end June 30, 2025
