The expansion and new construction of parking facilities and paving, site improvements, single-story live fire residential burn building with high temperature linings (2,130 sf), two-story apartment live fire burn building with high temperature linings (8,542 sf), a shelter structure (1,582 sf), a storage building (5,000 sf), a gas fed burn pit (1,000 sf) and all associate sitework (9.5 acres) to include multiple concrete pads for training props and utilities.
