Demolition. Description: Demolition and disposal of structure and asbestos materials at 122 W. Main St Union, SC 29379 Work will consist of Demolition and Disposal of Structure and Asbestos Materials at 122 W. Main St located within the City and County of Union, South Carolina. The Contractor shall furnish all permits, supervision, labor, tools, equipment, and services, and notifications in accordance with Local, EPA, OSHA, State and all other applicable agencies to complete the Demolition and Disposal of Structure and Asbestos Materials at 122 W. Main St. as described in the Summit Engineering, Laboratory & Testing inspection report (here within). The asbestos materials shall be disposed of at Republic Services, Wildcat Landfill in Union County. All Republic Services tipping fees have been waived. City will have Summit provide design services required by SC DHEC and perform any necessary air monitoring services.
