Every customer within the City will receive updated Neptune meters. Each Bid shall be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check, money order, or bid bond, in the amount of at least five (5) percent of the amount bid, drawn payable to City of Dearborn Heights as security for the proper execution of the Agreement.
