Notice is hereby given that the CITY OF MOAB (OWNER), will accept bids for the construction of the STABILIZATION FOR MILL CREEK AT 500 WEST (Project) according to the Contract Drawings and Specifications prepared by HANSEN, ALLEN & LUCE, INC. (ENGINEER), and described in general as: The work includes debris removal, grading, sidewalk repair by installation of controlled low strength material under the sidewalk and armoring of Mill Creek at the 500 West. Compliance with the stream alteration permit is required. This project is funded by the NRCS EWP program. Work must meet all NRCS requirements. Bid security in the amount of 5% of the base bid will be required to accompany bids. All communication relative to the Project shall be directed to ENGINEER prior to the opening of bids at: HANSEN, ALLEN & LUCE, INC. Benjamin D. Miner, P.E., Project Engineer bminer@halengineers.com Telephone: 801-566-5599 OWNER reserves the right to reject any or all bids; or to accept or reject the whole or any part of any bid; or to waive any informality or technicality in any bid in the best interest of the City of Moab. Only bids giving a firm quotation properly signed will be accepted. Question Deadline 06/06/2024 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to ENGINEER in writing. Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered.
