The Town of Bridgton, ME will receive separate sealed Bids for the expansion of their existing sanitary wastewater collection system. Work includes but is not limited to installation of gravity sewer, force main, and package pump stations on Smith Avenue, Maple Avenue, Ballard Street, South High Street, Sustainable Way, Efficiency Way, and Route 302. The total bid price is estimated to be in the $2-2.5M range *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. The Work includes labor, material and equipment, services required for construction, testing, and commissioning of the Project in accordance with the Contract Documents and as more specifically described in the Specifications and Drawings and includes, but is not limited to, the following principal features. 1. Installation and testing of 4-inch and 6-inch PVC/5 gravity sewer service laterals; 2. Installation and testing of 8-inch PVC/5 gravity sewer piping systems; 3. Installation and testing of 2-inch, 3-inch, and 4-inch PE/4 force main piping systems; 4. Installation and testing of sanitary sewer manholes; 5. Installation of two packaged grinder pump stations. 6. Alternates (if awarded by Owner) a. Alternate 1: 3-inch force main on South High Street as shown on the Drawings. b. Alternate 2: Gravity sewer and laterals south on Route 302 as shown on the Drawings Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing.
