The City of Dover is soliciting proposals from qualified flooring vendors to replace flooring at the Tri-City Emergency Warming Center located at 30 Willand Dr Somersworth NH. The City of Dover is the recipient of the (SLFRF) Coronavirus State and Local Fiscal Recovery Fund Grant authorized by the (ARPA) American Rescue Plan Act. Funds received under this Grant are limited to use on specific projects which may include any Agreement with Vendor. Therefore, Vendor is required to assure compliance with certain federal requirements including by not limited to provisions as outlined in Attachment C Coronavirus Grant Agreement Terms & Conditions. The City of Dover reserves the right to waive any formality, informality, information and/or errors in the proposals submitted and the right to reject any or all proposals at its discretion and to accept the proposal which will be in the best interest of the City; or to purchase on the open market if it is considered in the best interest of the City to do so .
