Question Deadline 06/05/2024 Questions concerning submitting through MERX should be addressed to: MERX Customer Support Phone: 1-800-964-6379 Bidders finding discrepancies or ambiguities in, or omissions from the Drawings, Specifications or other Bidding and Contract Requirements, or having doubt as to the meaning and intent of any part thereof shall contact the assigned Architect and carbon copy Centennial College Project Coordinator, for clarification not less than 10 working days before the Bid closing date. Method of submitting questions, shall be via email. Note that there will no verbal answers; all questions must be in written format. If necessary, written instructions and explanations in the form of Addenda will be sent to all bidders. In submitting bid, do not take into account any instructions given by the Project Manager or designate which have not been substantiated in writing.
