Site work, paving and outdoor lighting for a mixed-use development in Leitchfield, Kentucky. Completed plans call for site work for a transportation facility; for outdoor lighting for a transportation facility; for paving for a transportation facility; and water / sewer project.

The project includes but is not limited to replacement of LED Airfield Lighting including but not limited to a new Rotating Beacon and Tipdown Tower, a new Primary Wind Cone Assembly, new Runway and Taxiway Edge Lights, new 2-Box PAPI systems, new cabling, new REIL's, new Runway Threshold Lights. All prospective bidders and subcontractors must be prequalified with the KYTC. All bids must be sealed and clearly marked on the outside of the submittal envelope with a minimum of the Contractor's name and address, project name, and the date and opening time. Any bid received after the scheduled closing time for receipt of bids will be returned to the bidder unopened. The project includes but is not limited to, runway and taxiway asphalt pavement mill and overlay, pavement markings, and drainage repairs as indicated in the plans and specifications. Bids shall be accompanied by a cashier's or certified check in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the total maximum bid price payable without recourse to the Owner, or a bid bond in the same amount from a reliable surety company as a guarantee that the Bidder will enter into a contract. The Leitchfield-Grayson County Airport Board will evaluate all submitted bids and reserves the right to reject any or all bids, and to reject nonconforming, nonresponsive, or conditional bids. Bids must remain in effect for 60 days after the bid opening date.
