Reference number : 1854244 Deadline for receiving complaints: 2024-06-10 Electronically transmitted submission accepted: No The Municipality of Saint-Guillaume is requesting quotes for snow removal. The contract is given for the 2024/2025 winter season and two (2) option years at the discretion of the municipality or 2024/2025, 2025/2026, 2026/2027 and two (2) option years at the discretion of the municipality. All bids must be accompanied by a bid bond in the amount equal to 10% of the total bid amount excluding applicable taxes, valid for a period of ninety (90) days. The Municipality does not undertake to accept the lowest bid, nor any of the bids received, and it declines all liability with regard to any of the bidders in the event of rejection of all bids. The contract is awarded by decision of the Municipality Council at its sole discretion, and the Municipality cannot be bound in any other way than by a resolution of its Council.
