Wastewater Flow Meter Services Bids shall be addressed to the Purchasing Agent, Rahway Valley Sewerage Authority, 1050 East Hazelwood Avenue, Rahway, NJ 07065. Bids must be accompanied by a bid guarantee in the form of certified check, cashier's check, or bid bond drawn to the order of the Authority, for no less than ten percent (10%) of the amount bid, but not in excess of Twenty Thousand Dollars ($20,000), except as otherwise provided by N.J.S.A. 40A:11-21. The contract term may be extended by one two-year, or two one-year, extensions, and cannot exceed a total of five consecutive years except as otherwise provided by law. Until the actual award and execution of a Contract, the Authority reserves its right to reject all bids. *The list of planholders and/or interested bidders is not being tracked by the stakeholders involved with this project. If you are an interested contractor and wish to be listed as a bidder, please notify our editorial staff at addtobidlist@constructconnect.com. Complete sets of the bid documents for the proposed purchase are on file in the Office of the Purchasing Agent at the Authoritys Administration Building, 1050 East Hazelwood Avenue, Rahway, New Jersey, and may be examined Monday through Friday between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m., except holidays
