Number : 26-012P Reference number : 1853678 Deadline for receiving complaints: 2024-06-12 Electronically transmitted submission accepted: Yes, via the SEAO, with a document General works - Priority interventions The purpose of this call for tenders is to retain the services of one (or more) general contractor, who must hold a "Building contractor of all types" license (subcategory 1.3) from the Regie of the Quebec building. The contractor will carry out, upon request, various repair and renovation work on CSSDM buildings in accordance with the conditions of this tender document (refer to the list of civic addresses of the buildings in Annex XVIII) . We say general work, as opposed to specialized work to be carried out mainly by specialized contractors, such as elevator mechanics, boilermakers, refrigeration engineers, roofers, etc. This mandate includes emergency work carried out following a disaster directly linked to the elements (fire, water and wind) in the context of a sudden and unpredictable incident (fire, sewer backup, etc.). Without being limited to this, the mandate includes carrying out security, demolition and reconstruction work in disaster areas upon request during or following the drying out.
