Exterior Masonry / Parapets / Roofs Q01015468 - I1 A "Wicks" subcontractor is defined as a subcontractor performing construction work in the HVAC, Plumbing & Gas Fitting or Electrical Trades and (except for HVAC) licensed to do business in the CITY OF NEW YORK in that trade Performance Period: 720 Continuous Calendar Days (See Page CC-3 and Appendix B) Liquidated Damages: Three Thousand ($3,000) Dollars per Continuous Calendar Day and as set forth in the Construction Contract Page CC-3 and Appendix B Bond Notes: A Bid Bond along with its Power Attorney prepared on the form attached to the Construction Contract as Appendix C or a Certified Check of the Bidder for five (5%) percent of the Bid Amount must accompany the Lump Sum Bid Form (Appendix A) PREQUALIFICATION : Pursuant to the SCA's authorizing legislation, contracts will only be awarded to contractors prequalified by the SCA. If the Bidder is not prequalified at the time of the bid opening its bid will not be accepted. Please check all three (3) lists (disqualified, suspended, and otherwise ineligible) when conducting a search to obtain the complete prequalification status of a firm appearing on the SCA's Website at the following link: Disqualified-Suspended-Ineligible-Firms.
