The CITY OF LYNNWOOD solicits interest from consulting firms with expertise in Civil and Structural Engineering Design. This agreement will be for approximately 3 years in duration with the option for the CITY OF LYNNWOOD to extend it for additional time and money if necessary. Consultants will be considered for the following project. The CITY OF LYNNWOOD reserves the right to amend terms of this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) to circulate various addenda, or to withdraw the RFQ at any time, regardless of how much time and effort consultants have spent on their responses. Project Description The work to be performed by the CONSULTANT consists of geometric transportation design, surveying (including developing right-of-way/easement documents), street utility design, ADA ramps and sidewalks design, intersection design (including traffic signals and roundabouts), street striping/channelization design, illumination, landscaping, environmental documentation, geotechnical engineering, retaining wall design, construction engineering/management, and other various transportation design elements. The CITY OF LYNNWOOD reserves the right to retain the services of the successful firm(s) for any subsequent phases (R/W, CN) associated with this/these service(s). Evaluation Criteria Submittals will be evaluated and ranked based on the following criteria: qualifications of proposed project manager, qualifications of team, experience of firm on similar services, ability to meet schedule, familiarity with applicable standards, past performance and references, approach to meet the DBE goal (DBE Participation Plan), and others listed in the full RFQ. Submittal Submittals should include the following information: Firm name, phone and fax numbers; Name of Principal-in-Charge and Project Manager; and Number of employees in each firm proposed along with additional information found in the full RFQ.
