Site work for a water / sewer project in Williamsburg, Kentucky. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The project includes but is not limited to erosion control remediation efforts to address erosion issues at the specified locations. These efforts include a heavy-duty erosion control blanket, excavation, seeding and protection, drainage pipe, and fence repair will also be involved. Bids shall be accompanied by a cashier's or certified check in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the total maximum bid price payable without recourse to the Owner, or a bid bond in the same amount from a reliable surety company as a guarantee that the Bidder will enter into a contract. The Williamsburg-Whitley County Airport Board will evaluate all submitted bids and reserves the right to reject any or all bids, and to reject nonconforming, nonresponsive, or conditional bids Bids must remain in effect for 60 days after the bid opening date All questions related to the contract documents shall be directed to Dwight Clayton, PE at American Engineers, Inc. at dwight.clayton@stvinc.com. Addendums to the bid package will be issued through Lynn Imaging
