Elementary School Cafeteria Wall Pocket Table Replacement Project Project Description: The Contractor will provide all materials, labor, tools, equipment, project management site supervision as required to remove and dispose of existing wall pocket cafeteria tables and install new wall pocket cafeteria tables at ten (10) elementary schools per project specifications and drawings in a workmanlike manner require within the Contract Documents. This Federally funded project is estimated to cost $750,000. No Bid will be considered unless it is in complete accordance with the instructions to bidders, and is submitted upon the official bid form provided to prospective bidders (included in the bid documents). Each bid must be accompanied by bid security in the form of a bid bond for not less than five percent (5%) of the base bid amount, excluding applicable State of Washington taxes. Bid security shall be forfeited as damages should the Bidder neglect or refuse to enter into a Contract and provide a suitable bond for performance/payment for labor and materials.
