Milling, asphalt wearing course, asphalt leveling, bituminous base repair, rigid concrete paving, concrete curb, and pavement markings in accordance with Borough Specifications and PennDOT 408 specifications, latest edition thereof. This project is subject to prevailing wage rates in accordance with Pennsylvania Department of Labor and Industry. Prospective bidders must be pre-qualified with PENNDOT in accordance with Section 102.01 of PENNDOT Publication 408 - Specifications, latest edition thereof. Liquidated damages apply at the rate of $870.00 per calendar day. Question Deadline 06/10/2024 at 10:00 AM ET Location : Online portal. Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond payable to the Owner in an amount of not less than ten percent (10%) of the bid or bids.
