Site work and new construction of a stadium in Raleigh, North Carolina. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a stadium; and for site work for a stadium.
The NC Department of Public Safety invites experienced design firms to submit qualifications to provide design and construction administration services for a new NC State Highway Patrol Auditorium to include a new 500-seat two-level auditorium with classrooms, restrooms, lobby, and integrated museum. The 33,000 SF facility will be located at the NCSHP Training Academy on Garner Road in Raleigh. Full design services are required and will include all submittal requirements for the State Construction Office for all submittal phases, Cost Estimates updated at each phase with each SCO submittal, bidding services, construction administration services, record drawings in AutoCAD (latest version), and project closeout as defined by the State Construction Manual (Twelfth Ed.) dated March of 2019 Total Project Budget $35,000,000 The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
