Site work and renovation of a fire / police facility in Greensboro, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility; and for site work for a fire / police facility.
A single prime combined bid for all work will be received for Headquarters Police Security Project at the Facilities Division Office located at 514 Yanceyville Street. All proposals shall be based on a stipulated sum basis. Segregated bids will not be accepted. All proposals shall include the cost of all state and local sales and use taxes. Payment will be made on the basis of ninety percent (90%) of monthly estimates and final payment made upon completion and acceptance of work. No bid may be withdrawn after the scheduled closing time for the receipt of bids, except under the provisions of General Statute 143-129.1, for a period of ninety (90) days. Any questions concerning the scope of work should be directed to: Jim Teele @ james.teele@greensboronc.gov. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities. Only written questions will be addressed. All questions shall be typed/written form and emailed to Mr. Jim Teele at James.teele@greensboro-nc.gov. All questions shall be received by the Facilities office, no later than 10AM EST on August 12,2024
