This is a service / maintenance or supply contract in Jupiter, Florida. Contact the soliciting agency for additional information.

Supply the Town of Jupiter Utilities Water Treatment Plant with one or more of the following chemicals for use in the treatment of drinking water: liquid chlorine, sulfuric acid, sodium hypochlorite (bleach) and anhydrous ammonia in accordance with the bid/contract documents, for a period of one year beginning October 1, 2024 through September 30, 2025, with the option to renew the contract for up to two (2) individual and consecutive one (1) year terms. Renewal terms shall be subject to price adjustment in accordance with the contract provisions. Each chemical shall be supplied under separate and individual contracts. Minority-Owned, Woman-Owned, and Small Business Enterprises are encouraged to respond to this solicitation. All questions concerning the bid shall be directed to Daniel Reid, Chief Plant Operator, in writing by email (danielr@jupiter.fl.us). Questions delivered by email should contain the name of the Project/Bid in the subject heading of the email and be sent with read receipt requested to ensure successful receipt of the email by the Town
