Site work and new construction of an educational facility in Ottawa, Ontario. Completed plans call for the construction of a 101,400-square-foot, two-story above grade educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.
Construction of a 2 atorey new high school - École secondaire catholique Riverside Sud. The project is a 2-Story, classrooms, double gym's, lab's, cafeteria, a 9391 m2 building. This new building has concrete foundations, structural steel framed building, concrete slabs on steel deck. The exterior envelope is steel studs framing with masonry veneer and metal siding, with curtain wall system. Construction for the project is expected to begin in October 2025 and completion August 13th, 2027. The General Contractors prequalified on the basis of qualification number 2024QUA004 will be invited to bid on this project. Bid Documents for General may be obtained directly on MERX website. Bidders must request answers to any questions prior to ten (10) calendar days before Bid closing. Inquiries shall be made only by General Contractors bidding this project. Subcontractors shall make contact only through one of these General Contractors
