Renovation of a fire / police facility in Kernersville, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 2,158-square-foot fire / police facility.
The Project includes the following Work: 2,158 square feet of interior upfit of the Town of Kernersville Police Administration Suite, including new finishes, lighting, interior storefront, and furniture per the Construction Documents. The Issuing Office for the Bidding Documents is the Town of Kernersville Police Department. Information and questions the Project can be obtained from Natalie McGhee, Police Services Manager, at NMcGhee@toknc.com. Bid Bonds are not required. Performance and Payment Bonds are required prior to the execution of a contract. There will be no public bid opening (NCGS 143-129) for this informal construction project. Bidders will be notified following the bid deadline of the results The Town of Kernersville reserves the right to reject any or all bids presented and to waive any informalities and irregularities. There will not be a pre-bid conference. However, if you can contact Project Manager Natalie McGhee, at NMcGhee@toknc.com for information and questions If the portion of the work to be executed by HUB certified/minority businesses as defined in N.C.G.S. 143-128.2(g) and 128.4(a),(b),(e) is equal to or greater than 10% of the bidders total contract price, then the bidder must complete this affidavit
