Remove and install new radio antennas and cables on two tower sites in the Town of Berlin. The Town has previously purchased all equipment as shown in Exhibit A. All materials are available on site at the Coburn Road shelter. Vendor will verify if all materials will work for their needs and/or provide alternatives if required. The Town will pay for equipment deemed necessary for the project working in conjunction with the vendor. Crane and manlift must be provided by the selected vendor. Communications vendor will provide local support for continuity of public safety services. Coordinate with Phase 2 of the project. Work with Motorola to coordinate their installation of P25 compatible equipment for upgrade to the town wide emergency communications system. Coordinate with Motorola who is installing new LMR equipment. Coordinate cutover, install and align microwave equipment, and confirm operation of tower site with Motorola. Work must be completed no later than August 31, 2024.
