No bidder may withdraw its bid within 60 days after the opening; the Board reserves the right to waive irregularities, reject any or all bids, and conduct necessary investigations to determine bidder responsibility. PROBABLE CONSTRUCTION COST: $566,631.00 WORK 1. Only one contract will be issued by the Owner for constructing the Project, the General Contract, which will cover all scopes of work necessary to construct the Project. 2. The Contractor awarded the General Contract (General Contractor) will be responsible for the performance and coordination of any and all subcontractors and suppliers either directly or indirectly contracted with the General Contractor. 3. The existing office is to remain and be used by the Senior Center staff for offices, a clinic, and conference rooms. A new accessible restroom for men and women will be added in place of an existing restroom. The entrance canopy will be updated, and a new sign added to the existing stone wall. The front corner will be updated with fiber cement panels. All Work shall be in accordance with the Drawings and Specifications prepared by the Design Professional
