Site work and paving for a road / highway in Warrens, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The Town of Millston is requesting BIDS for a road project on North Settlement Road. Project consists of a 1.5-mile section, 4-inch gravel lift to be hauled, then spread and rough grade the existing road surface. This road is a rustic road and bidders must keep the same width as it currently is, roughly 20 feet. The surface will then be full depth pulverized, watered, rolled/compacted, fine graded and then fine rolled/ compacted. Double chip seal over gravel using hot liquid asphalt and a clean fractured granite chip will be used as a cover aggregate, which will be rolled/compacted. The Town reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids and to accept the bid most advantageous to the Town of Millston.
