Renovation of an educational facility in Portland, Oregon. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The total project budget is $18,000,000 (minus a combined owner/design/construction contingency of 10% or $1,800,000) or less. It is estimated that the total for direct and indirect costs will equal approximately $16,200,000 and within this amount it is anticipated that the construction hard costs should be in the $12,000,000 to $13,000,000 cost range. Bonding Capacity: Proposers must be capable of providing a 100% Performance Bond and 100% Payment Bond for 100% of the construction costs of the Project. The Owner reserves the right, to exercise sole and absolute discretion, to reject any price or fee proposal that will result in an unreasonably high price. The Owner also reserves the right to cancel this procurement and to reject any or all proposals. The Owner reserves the right to enter into negotiations with the next highest ranked Proposer.
