The ConPlan is a five-year plan required by the Federal Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) that outlines how the City intends to meet identified local housing and community development needs. The main components of the ConPlan include a needs assessment; a strategy that reflects general goals (priorities) and performance outcome measurements for allocating HUD funds to address the identified needs; a list of specific objectives for each priority (including proposed accomplishments); and annual action plans describing how federal and local resources will be used to address the needs and objectives identified in the ConPlan. A Five-Year Consolidated Plan (ConPlan). The ConPlan will be for the period of July 1, 2025 through June 30, 2030. Technical assistance questions regarding the proposal should be addressed to Michael Son by email at mson@westminster-ca.gov prior to June 6, 2024 at 3:00 p.m. Pacific Time. The City of Westminster reserves the right to cancel or reject all, or a portion or portions, of this Request for Proposals without notice. Further, the City makes no representations that any agreement will be awarded to any organization submitting a proposal. The City reserves the right to reject any and all proposals submitted in response to this Request or any addenda thereto. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
