The current heating and cooling units will be replaced with a new HVAC system. Bids are requested to be held for a period of up to 45 days after the opening of bids. Should the successful bidder fail to execute the form of contract and furnish the required performance bond, labor and material bond and insurance documents within ten (10) days after notice of award, the bid check, bond or cash will be forfeited to the Town of Mamaroneck as liquidated damages.
