Site work and new construction of a multi-residential development in North Vancouver, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the construction of a 26,942-square-foot, six-story above grade, 90-unit multi-residential development; and for site work for a multi-residential development.
The work includes the provision of professional Construction Management for Services and Construction (AT-RISK) for pre-construction services during the design and permitting phase of the project. Once the building permit is issued, the successful Proponent will contract professional engineers, trades and suppliers to construct and deliver a completed multi-family residential building to Metro Vancouver Housing Corporation for tenancy. Riverside Drive is anticipated to be a 6 storey wood frame construction building over a single level of underground parking garage. The number of dwelling units are estimated to be 78 - 90 units with a minimum 50% of the dwelling units provided as family units (2- bdrm and 3-bdrm) and 11% of the dwelling units provided as accessible units.
