Working plans call for the addition of a fire / police facility; for the demolition of a fire / police facility; for the construction of a fire / police facility; for site work for a fire / police facility; pre-engineered storage facility; pre-engineered storage facility; and pre-engineered storage facility.

**As of June 23, 2025, bids received were rejected and was not awarded. Project will be rebid but no definite date yet.** The approximate major work items include: 1. Excavate site for preparation of new footing/foundation and concrete slab for the construction of a new pre-engineered building addition to an existing pre-engineered storage structure. All bids must be accompanied by a certified check, bank draft, or bid bond and made payable to the order of Warren County Treasurer's Office, in the amount of at least ten percent (10%) of the total bid; provided said check or bid bond shall not exceed $20,000.00. The Board of County Commissioners reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any minor irregularities or informalities in the bids. The Contractor is put on notice that he must pay workers the prevailing wage rates promulgated by the New Jersey Department of Labor and Industry for this project, pursuant to Chapter 150, Laws of 1963 (N.J.S.A. 34:11-56.25, et. seq.).
