In case the bidder fails to file such contract and bond within the time set by the City, the check or bid bond shall be forfeited to the City as liquidated damages pursuant to SS.62.15(3). The Common Council reserves the right to reject any and all bids, waive any informalities in bidding, or to accept the bid or bids, which best serves the interest of the City of Oak Creek.
