Renovation of a water / sewer project in Vancouver, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
As of December 9,2024, project was awarded to Tikka Inc, awarded amount is $49,404.15. This Contract provides for the removal and replacement of roofs at Wellhouses 11, 12 and 13 at Water Station 1, located at 2103 E Reserve St., Vancouver, WA 98661. Work shall consist of replacing the asphalt shingle roofs with a new metal roof panel system and other work, all in accordance with the attached Contract Plans, these Contract Provisions, and the Standard Specifications. The Contract Work shall be Physically Complete by September 30, 2024 Engineer's Estimate - $70,000 Question Deadline 11/08/2024 at 4:00 PM PT All project-specific questions, requests for clarification, and requests for substitutions must be submitted in writing, via email M to mark.nowak@cityofvancouver.us. If required, an addendum will be prepared and issued by the City of Vancouver no later than Tuesday, November 12, 2024. BUDGET NO. 449-569-594-798-650
