The project is located at Community Park, 19 Woodland Drive, Block 1001, Lot 10, Plainsboro, NJ in Middlesex County. The Scope of Work for the design and construction consists of the following components: a. Construct new post tension concrete area with a 20 year structural warranty. b. Provide new fencing around the courts (10' high around perimeter; except 4' high on western boundary and in the interior, as shown). c. Add 12' of PT concrete to each end of the existing surface, including 8' for the basketball court for total of 32'; for exercise equipment - supply and installation, by others, in the four corners with a portion of the equipment being installed in the southern 'D' zone. d. Provide for a few pieces of exercise equipment will be placed in the southerly D zone area of the track, with four benches, and two shade structures. e. Provide an acrylic based sports surface suitable to be installed on top of concrete with a 10- year warranty on bubbling or peeling. Modify the track area as shown on the specifications. f.
