The project shall include the construction of Water and Sewer Improvement District No. 2024-1 (65th Ave Water and Sewer); consisting of sanitary sewer mains, watermain, and other miscellaneous items. The project will consist of the following items: 2,980 CY Unclassified Excavation 1.2 ACRE Seeding and Straw Mulch 613 LF PVC Sanitary Sewer Various Sizes 672 LF PVC C900 Watermain Various Sizes All miscellaneous work necessary therefore and incidental thereto. Est. Value Notes: 375000.00-425000.00 The work is to commence upon a date to be specified by the OWNER, notice of which will be given to the successful bidder ten (10) days in advance of the start of construction. The Contractor will be required to commence construction, and in an approved sequence. complete all of the work for the project by as noted below: 1. Substantial Completion - 10/19/2024 2. Final Completion - 10/26/2024 All miscellaneous work necessary therefore and incidental thereto. Each bid will be submitted on the basis of a cash payment for work. It will be submitted via Online Bidding and shall be designated that the bid is for "Water and Sewer Improvement District No. 2024-1 (65 th Ave Water and Sewer) Horace, North Dakota." The bid shall be accompanied by a Bidder's Bond in a separate envelope in the amount of five percent (5%) of the full amount of the bid, executed by the Bidder as Principal and by a Surety Company authorized to do business in North Dakota. If the Principal's bid is accepted by the City of Horace and the contract awarded, the principal, within ten (10) days after the Notice of Award, will be required to execute and effect a contract in accordance with the terms of the principal's bid and any requirements and conditions of the Owner. A Contractor's Bond, as required by Section 48-01.2-10 of the North Dakota Century Code, shall be included with the executed Contract Documents.
