Parking Lot Improvements at the Rochester Minnesota National Guard Armory SUMMARY OF WORK: The following summary is a general guide to the scope of work. It should not be construed as a detailed list of work included in the contract. This project involves the reconstruction of the existing bituminous pavement parking lot including concrete curb and gutter. Construction of stormwater treatment. Provide new lighting system for the existing parking area. Restoration of disturbed areas and providing temporary and permanent erosion control. The project shall be substantially complete no later than October 21, 2024 B. Final completion of the work will be on or before November 1, 2024.
