Site work, paving and outdoor lighting for a mixed-use development in Horace, North Dakota. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for outdoor lighting for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

The project shall include the construction of Water, Sewer, Storm, and Street Improvement District (Southdale Farms Sixth Addition); consisting of sanitary sewer mains and services, water main and services, storm sewer, storm water pond, storm water lift station, roadway construction with curb and gutter, sidewalks, grading, landscaping, street lighting, and all miscellaneous work necessary therefor and incidental hereto. The bid shall be accompanied by a Bidder's Bond in a separate envelope in the amount of five percent (5%) of the full amount of the bid, executed by the Bidder as Principal and by a Surety Company authorized to do business in North Dakota. If the Principal's bid is accepted by the City of Horace and the contract awarded, the principal, within ten (10) days after the Notice of Award, will be required to execute and effect a contract in accordance with the terms of the principal's bid and any requirements and conditions of the Owner. A Contractor's Bond, as required by Section 48-01.2-10 of the North Dakota Century Code, shall be included with the executed Contract Documents. The Bid Security shall be as required in Section 48-01.2-05 of the North Dakota Century Code. All bidders must be licensed for the highest amount of their bids, as required by Section 43-07-07 of the North Dakota Century Code and a copy of the license or certificate of renewal thereof issued shall be enclosed in the required bid bond envelope. No bid will be read or considered which does not fully comply with the above provisions as to Bond and Licenses, and any deficient bid submitted will be resealed and returned to the Bidder immediately. The OWNER retains the right to reject any or all of the bids submit-ted and to waive any informality in any bid and to hold all bids for a period not to exceed thirty (30) days from said date of opening and to hold the three low bids and bid securities for a period not to exceed sixty (60) days from said date of bid opening. The work is to commence upon a date to be specified by the OWNER, notice of which will be given to the successful bidder ten (10) days in advance of the start of construction. The Contractor will be required to commence construction, and in an approved sequence. complete all of the work for the project by as noted below: 1. Substantial Completion - 8/31/2024 2. Final Completion - 9/14/2024
