IN THE EVENT WATER MAIN CONSTRUCTION BEGINS PRIOR TO PAVING COMPLETION, THE WATER MAIN CONTRACTOR SHALL COORDINATE WITH THE DEVELOPER'S CONTRACTOR TO MINIMIZE CONFLICTS DURING WATER MAIN CONSTRUCTION. .
