Bids for Ten (10) Aquatic Center Door Replacements The Ruby C. Fulbright Aquatic Center needs to replace all ten (10) doors inside of the Pool Area - Five (5) single doors and five (5) double doors. New doors and frames must be made with Corrim FRP and fit existing masonry openings. The doors must be factory finished in dark bronze with a matte finish. Scope of Work 1. Habersham County Aquatic Center needs to replace ten (10) doors inside of the facility. There will be four sets of double doors, the rest will be single. Two single doors will require vents. 2. Replace doors and frames with Corrim FRP to fit existing masonry opening. 3. Two locker room doors will require 18" x 18" FRP louver at the base of the door. 4. All doors must have BB51 4.5" x 4.5" x US32D x NRP stainless steel hinges. 5. All doors and frames need to be factory finished in "dark bronze" with a matte finish. 6. Door closers will be 4040XP Rw/PA x ALUM. 7. All old doors and frames will need to be disposed of off-site. The Aquatic Center will remain open during construction, so workspaces need to be kept tidy and completely cleaned up at the end of each working day. 8.
