Reference Number : 1854466 Deadline for receiving complaints: 2024-06-13 Electronically transmitted submission accepted: No Expected duration of the contract without options (in months): 18 Nature of the Submission Guarantee: No bid guarantee The Cégep de St-Laurent is looking for an ARCHITECTURAL OR ENGINEERING CONSULTING firm SPECIALIZED IN STRUCTURE AS WELL AS BUILDING ENVELOPES for INSPECTION OF FACADES AT CÉGEP DE SAINT-LAURENT including in particular: Preparation required for inspections Drafting of technical specifications (or quotes) describing all the services to be provided by the contractor(s) required for inspections Inspection of accessible facades and towers Checking the condition of the structure under the facades Establishment of a repair program for any pathologies potentially discovered Coordination of contractors Preparing an audit report SCHEDULE FOR SERVICES TO BE CARRIED OUT The kick-off meeting: no later than 10 working days following the award notice Submission of the technical specifications (or estimate) describing all the services to be provided by the contractor(s) required for the inspections: no later than 15 working days following the start-up meeting Mobilization no later than January 20, 2025 The facade inspection as well as the in situ structural analysis must be completed no later than May 30, 2025.
