The City of McAllen is soliciting electronic bids for demolition, removal, disposal, and replacement of various components to modernize/refurbish the existing vertical hydraulic platform elevator. The City of McAllen reserves the right to refuse and reject any or all Bids and to waive any or all formalities or technicalities, or to accept the bid considered the best value to the City, and to hold the bids for a period of sixty (60) days without taking action.
